Vehicle Data Monitor / Reverse Engineering Tool

The IPSECOSMsgMon utility is useful for monitoring and reverse engineering vehicle data from a variety of vehicle networks,
including CAN, J1850VPW/PWM, ISO9141/ISO14230, J1708 and A/D inputs.

The utility provides basic message viewing (both message history and live message snapshots), filtering, decoding, sending, in-line
annotation, and message functional assignment.
